Shanghai Daily CHINA is "deeply concerned" over Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao said in Beijing today. (Thats it, thats the entire story. "deeply concerned" Yes I would say they are. With no less the 2 Provinces and 3 if you count Taiwan wanting independence or some sort of self rule (Hong Kong). I would say China does have things to worry about. If the world accepts this independence and other independence else where then it puts a lot of pressure on China to also allow this. more...
